Our August 9th gathering will likely be our largest gathering for the year. The timing and Antigo Airport facility location is well suited for a larger group event and still be private. We are hoping the timing works for you and that, you'll seriously consider joining us.
We are expecting that there will be some food and drink options available. If some of you have a favorite snack or wine/beer choice by all means bring it. The facility is set up on two levels for our use. The second floor has a no stock bar space for our use. Meaning we have what refreshments we bring and stairs to climb, for some of us that's a challenge and others not. The first floor is on the main level. Chairs and tables will be there for our use. We will likely have some sort of background music by some classmates or bluetooth and speaker tunes. On this level, I expect the food will be located. Weather permitting there will be some low impact yard games. If you have a game you like, please bring it.
If you are in need of a ride to and from our, event please give us a heads up! We'll have drivers!
We are very short handed on staffing to pull this off! If you are available and would like to help we would be very appreciative. I would recommend that you contact Don or Kathy Bintz first, and as we build our program team we may have other individuals to contact. Funding at times is a challenge for our class to do these types of activities. If you are able and would like to contribute to the cause, please funnel your donation through our Contribution Funding option on our home page. Our expectation is that there will be no charge to you for this gathering. There may be some opportunities to donate at the event if you so desire.
