I struggle to put into words what Glen's Friendship meant to me and my Family. How do you express your feelings for a man that has been a dear friend for over 50 years? It is Tough!

Glen and I didn't become friends until we both attended Antigo Junior High School, even though we grew up across a potato field from each other. My parents sent me to St. John's Grade school while Glen attended Spring Valley. Once we met in Junior High School we became best of friends. We played every sport that you could play together, and had a ton of fun while doing it. We were always trying to out-do one another, which drove us both to become better at what we were doing, and along the way it helped cement our friendship for life. If you include another dear freind (Mike Theisen) you could call us the 3 Muskateers of Mischief? We had a lot of fun in those days along with several other friends, and Thank God that we had over-qualified gardian angels to keep us alive! Lord knows we are fortunate to have survived those years!

Just last Fall Another classmate (Terry Ralph) and I were able to travel with Glen to see one of the Brewers vs LA Dodgers playoff games in Milwaukee, then traveled on to Ann Harbor, MI to see Wisconsin play the Michigan Wolverines at the "Big-House". Glen told me many times how much he enjoyed that trip, and I am very thankful that we were able to do that. It allowed us to show, and tell, Glen that we loved him as a friend. Memories for Life! - See the attached photo from that trip. The weather was beautiful (The Badger game was not), BUT The memories are Irreplaceable!

God Bless you Glen. God Rest your soul. We will miss you every day for the rest of our lives!

Glen was a very good friend of mine for many years.  In our youth we worked together, played basketball, softball, drank beer together, went on double dates with the ladies and even got into a little trouble together.  I am grateful for his friendship and very appreciative of some of the recent quality times we had together with other classmate friends.  Glens attitude and smiles will remain with me for the rest of my life.  RIP my friend you will be missed!

My heart is heavy over the passing of Glen, my best guy friend from HS. We met in Stu Brokaw's Algebra class and have been friends ever since. I remember many fun times hanging out with Glen and the guys. He was always there in his blue Oldsmobile to pick up the girls to  "ride around". It makes me happy that now our sons are best friends and will continue the circle of life. Glen, you are the best. You will be missed buddy!

I too will miss Glenn "Lenny" Wolter - Freshman basketball and the times we spent playing very competative ping pong in my basement.  Mostly I'll miss Glenn's laugh and his somewhat off-color sense of humor.  God bless you, "Lenny".

What a gentle, loving man and very intelligent. I so enjoyed having him in some of my high school classes. He will surely be missed at our upcoming 50th class reunion. I lit a candle for him at my church in Green Bay, although I am sure he is with the Lord right now, and will spend Easter with HIM. My deepest sympathy to the family.
